Millar's Millinery is creative head pieces that are made by Felicity. These head pieces can be made to match your outfit, for your next event. Millar's Millinery was established in 2023 when Felicity decided that matching fascinators was rare in Biloela.
Felicity knows personally how hard it is to find a fascinators within small towns such as her own Biloela, QLD Australia. When the towns try to hold events there seems to not much to choose from, let alone anything to match your outfit.
Felicity’s fascinators are made up of artificial flowers, feathers and added extras. All sourced locally with the township of Biloela.
Millar's Millinery offers new, unique, one of kind fascinators. These fascinators can be either a hat or a headband style. These designs will surprise you, Felicity has an eye for matching colours with her artistic side.
Millar’s Millinery accepts your input always! Your ideas, colour specifications or outfit matching is Felicity's top priority!

I’m not an expect in my field but I wouldn’t be where I am today without my creative nature. That’s why I love creating fascinators. l’m using my passion to give women another option that’s within their reach. I think getting ready is the best part of going to events. When you have the perfect outfit why not complete the look with a matching fascinator?

My Story
We all have a passion. This is another of mine! From an early age, I decided to take an interest in the arts and explore my creative side. I’ve always been creative up until my adulthood. Since January 2023 I started this creative outlet for myself. My enjoyment of social events & being unique helps me strive in life. Get ready with me & complete your outfit with a fascinator!
