Millar's Millinery creates unique one of kind fascinators for your special occasions.  I’m committed to giving women like yourself a completed look. Fascinators can be matched  by colour or pattern.

 Felicity's has had clients with fascinators brought online for an outfits that they didn't end up wearing. Millar's Millinery added to it.

Millar's Millinery also offers a make-up service. Felicity has found getting your make up done for every event can be expensive. Felicity is here to help with that too. Felicity is self taught with make-up and takes all her clients wants and needs into account. Make up can be a challenge and time consuming for most. Please contact Felicity for the additional service.
